Shortly before we were due to start our presentation, our data projector failed. Your Managers Mr and Mrs Ogilvy immediately arranged a loan projector for me. Mr Ogilvy collected it and I was able to commence the presentation just half an hour late. I wish to extend my heartfelt thanks to your Managers for providing such excellent service.
